Health Security For Development of Nation

United National Medical Society of Nepal (UNMSN), officially established in 2017, is a non-profit sharing organization. It is a society of health professionals who have excelled in their respective fields. Health professionals of Nepal have served not only in clinical field but also in community/public health field across the nation. Despite serving only as health professional, they came together to join the noble cause of creating healthy community and nation, especially by serving needy, poor, and disabled citizens with the spirit of volunteerism.

With this regard, UNMSN has created a platform for the health professionals where they could unite together, utilize their knowledge and experiences, thereby, create innovative ideas and projects with a joint determination in order to work for the welfare of public in the country. The health professionals of UNMSN comprises of consultants, professors, lecturers, medical doctors, nurses, public health professionals, laboratory professionals, pharmacists, health assistants, and many more.

Overview

Our Objectives:

•To establish mutual coordination between the health workers from different health sectors and establish a huge manpower to work at the time of different disasters and accidents (like earthquake, flood, epidemics etc.) and to provide first service to the needy people.

•To provide quality health service and cure the disease and to help disable patients, orphans, helpless women, drug abusers and old age people left by their family members.

•To encourage and motivate health workers and promote the spirit of volunteerism among them.

•To promote volunteers for social service and participate them to educate, empower and aware the poor and helpless people of rural areas of our country.

•To collect the information and take advice from qualified and senior health workers, professors for policy making works.

•To provide free health service in the rural areas and conduct various training programs for creating healthy citizens to enhance the quality of health status of Nepal.

•To coordinate and collaborate with various national and international agency (NGO/ INGO) to implement its policy for development of society.

•To provide job for qualified, active and honest social workers dedicated for development of nation at any circumstances.

•To promote research work on medical issue, environment and climate change to cope up with future challenges of this planet.
